What you will be doing… You will be a valued member of this team and be the backbone of the office. Duties will include:
Collection of all tenancy rental charges by the due dateEnsure Administration forms and After Hours contact lists are regularly updated.Chase tenant arrears through letters and phone callsReconcile bank accountsRelieve reception – tasks including answering the telephone, attending to customer and tenant inquiries, collecting and opening the mailMaintain, update and ensure Quality systems and procedures are adhered to.Monthly billingProcess tax invoicesCollate sales figures sheetsMaintain Tenant Bank Guarantee Register & Security Deposit RegisterComplete financial sections of the monthly reportComplete CPI and Fixed Rent reviewsThis company boasts an excellent culture and supportive management - the stability of their staff speaks for itself! Do you have what it takes… To succeed in this role:
You MUST have previous experience working in a retail environmentYou will be motivated, proactive and organized.You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience performing in an administrative environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
