Provide Administration Services for the Directors of a business providing Primary Healthcare Services.

About the role The Administration Support Officer (ASO) (Directors) is a key member of the Finance & Support Team of GEO Healthcare; and will play an integral role in the successful transition and delivery of Primary Healthcare Services to public prisons in Victoria.
Based at GEO Healthcare's Head Office in Carlton, and reporting to the Director, Finance & Support, you will provide confidential administrative support to the GEO Healthcare Directors and assist the day-to-day operation of the GEO Healthcare Head Office.
Salary of $60,000 per annum based on Full-time Salary.
Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: Essential: Relevant experience and demonstrated ability to provide a confidential administrative support service.
Ability to prepare agendas and take comprehensive, but succinct, minutes.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage workflow.
Professional and positive manner.
Ability to work autonomously or in a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, to allow timely and accurate preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
Cultural sensitivity and commitment to GEO Healthcare values.
Qualification in Administration, Business or Health (desirable but not essential).
Other Requirements of the role: Valid and current full Australian driver's licence.
Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Check.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
