Administration Manager – Full Time

Chatswood Private Hospital (CPH) is a state-of-the-art facility which sets the new benchmark as a centre of excellence for specialist surgical procedures of Ophthalmic, ENT, Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial. Our custom-built facility hosts precision instrumentation, cutting edge technology and is complimented by a highly experienced expert team of well-trained clinical and administrative staff who share the vision of a surgical centre of excellence.
The role reports to Hospital Director/Director of Nursing.
Mandatory Criteria: • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 6:30am and 8pm, Monday to Friday
• Experienced administration officer with hospital, medical or high-level administration and/ or management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and word processing
• Demonstrated leadership or potential, with a track record of teamwork
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
