Administration Manager /Finance Officer

Hughes Plant & Logistics, based in Gippsland, is seeking an experienced Finance/Admin Manager.
This is a full-time position working with a dynamic team. This versatile role involves changing responsibilities. The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills, both written and verbal, and must excel at liaising between clients, staff, customers, and suppliers. A proven background in accounting/bookkeeping and experience in overseeing the financial operations of a company is essential.
Managing a small team of administration staff and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the business will require a well-rounded individual with exemplary skills in attention to detail, time efficiency, and organization.
This role would suit someone diligent in promoting the growth and success of the company while working closely with the director.
