Responsibilities: Manage a small customer service team  providing an escalation point for any supplier related  issues Manage the fresh services portal, creating relevant reports to operations Lead operations WIPS with suppliers Plan and prepare for upcoming peak events Assist with tender support and lead procurement mobilisation for new sites/clients Support operation entities and category managers with onboarding of new suppliers Drive efficiency and seek continuous improvement opportunities through creative thinking
