Administration Manager - 12 months maternity leave contractOur client is a long-standing and well-established Accountancy firm located on the eastern city fringe, seeking someone to lead their administration team for a maternity contract.
The firm's holistic services range from the core major focus of tax and tax planning, business advisory and structuring, to estate and succession planning.
The role of Administration Manager is critical, and the successful applicant will possess excellent people leadership, technology, and communication skills.
This will be your platform to perform as the intermediary between Directors of the firm, other staff members, and third parties.
This role has a wide variety of tasks; no two days are ever the same, which keeps things interesting and exciting.
The role includes:
Leading a team of 6 administrative staffProcessing staff payroll and superannuationProcessing accounts payable/receivableLodging firm obligations (e.g., BAS and PAYG, Tax Returns, FBT Returns, Payroll Tax, EOFY Reconciliations)Planning staff events and organizing catering when requiredOversight of the filing room operationsManaging office suppliesDealing with third parties (e.g., building maintenance, external IT, auditors)Assisting staff with IT issuesProviding senior administrative support to all staffCommunication with the DirectorsAttending meetings as requiredOnboarding new clients and staff membersThe successful applicant will bring a wide range of skills including:
