Administration - Job Allocator

Our Company Working Bucket is a local Earthmoving and Excavation business based in Oxley looking to grow our team.
Job Details We have a full-time office based position available supporting our Senior Allocator. Developing, maintaining relationships and rapport with all staff, customers and subcontractors is an essential part of this position.
Full-Time role Ability to work two shift times required; 6.00am start and 9.00am start.
Qualifications and Experience Ability to work under pressure
Strong, clear, confident voice when speaking on the phone with customers 
Great organisational and problem-solving skills 
Meticulous with data entry
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Willing to be part of a positive team
Previous work experience as an Allocator and with EQUIPR software an advantage but not essential
