Your New Role:
Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Senior RTO Operations Coordinator, who is known for their positive, versatile and supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include:
Process student enrolment applications and support students in engaging with RTO systems and processes.
Assist with various RTO administration tasks, including scheduling and document version management.
Maintain, organise, print, and post training materials for courses.
Ensure proper archiving processes and download online quizzes of completed assessments.
Store scanned documentation from current and past training sessions.
Respond to inquiries from staff, clients, and new clients in a professional and polite manner.
Assist the team with training completion and issuance of certificates.
Support scheduling and program input via our SMS/LMS (eSkilled).

About you:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
Highly Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in a coordinator role or within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
Certificate IV in Business Administration or Workplace Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
Experience in course scheduling and conducting enrolment sessions.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and/or other databases.
