Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at NthStar Electrical, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails, providing timely responses.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings.
Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage office databases and perform data entry.
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
