They have gone from start-up to 25+ staff and over 400 members and are continuing their growth at a rapid rate.   More of a tech start-up than property, they offer end-to-end advice and mentorship to property investors, and across their team have more than 100 years worth of experience!   Duties:   Working alongside their client Success Manager your role will include: Act as a 2IC to the Client Success Manager Manage the contract administration and settlement processes Provide effective communications to ensure both internal and external customers are informed of upcoming settlements, contract status and other key deliverables Liaise with Developers, Vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and Service Providers to ensure seamless and efficient pre and post contract & settlement processes Liaise & coordinate with the marketing and acquisition teams to ensure an efficient and smooth project launch process Assist in identifying process improvements to drive efficiencies across the business General client care team coordination and support. Specific requirements: 12+ months experience in a client care or settlement / admin role in the property investment industry is essential (so you can hit the ground running) Strong administration skills with proven ability to maintain a high attention to detail when faced with pressure Can do, positive attitude and pride yourself on going above and beyond Proven ability to think outside the square and show initiative Strong data and reporting skills with prior exposure to collating statistics and reporting through the use of a CRM or equivalent database Benefits: 100% WFH available Extensive training and support Generous salary and staff benefits Driven and hungry team that have an infectious energy Learn how to be a multi-millionaire property investor while you work!
