Tasks
Perform a range of general administrative duties including filing and data entry. Providing reception and customer service duties, including handling phone inquiries and greeting visitors. Undertaking ad-hoc projects and other duties as required. What we need
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
