What Are You Going To DoSupporting the Onshore Operations, an insight into your responsibilities will include:Tracking and coordinating vehicle servicingRecording vehicle pre-starts and coordinating ad hoc repairsDriver and vehicle authorisations and site controlsLiaising with Fleet Team and MechanicUnderstanding Lease agreements and working with Contracts & Procurement TeamBussing focal and managementWork towards process improvement and digitalising paper-based vehicle formsBuild and maintain positive and productive relationshipsPrepare and distribute various reports, presentations and communicationsSupport the Vehicle Management System including compliance requirements and ensure any maintenance and repair activities are actioned in a timely mannerSupport employee and vendor onboarding stage supplementary workforce portal, PPE procurement and desk allocation where requiredSupport the planning and execution of Technical and Corporate site visits and eventsEssential Skills And KnowledgeYear 12 - Certificate IV or equivalentPrevious experience in the Resources sector is desirable"Super User" level in MS Office Suite and high level of competence or aptitude in other relevant applications, ie SAP, VisionDocument Control including document numbering and revision control desirableConfident verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritise effectively and work under pressureHigh level of attention to detail
