Davidson Recruitment is a preferred supplier for the Government sector and have strong partnerships within Local, State and Federal Government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer with a strong background in finance to commence a contract asap.


About the Role
In this role you will play a crucial part of assisting senior staff in the administrative duties in the finance department of a leading State Government department.
Strong Reconciliation experienceMaintaining accurate client recordsGeneral Ledger accounting knowledgeNavigating multiple financial and client software/systemsUtilise Microsoft Excel (ability to confidently use, maintain and develop spreadsheets, including the use of basic formulas and functions)About You
Our client is seeking someone that can hit the ground running and have the ability to navigate multiple systems.


High attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in processing large volumes of work with accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience is preferredComputer literacy - Ability to navigate different software and dashboards, confident with usingSAP systems (experience desirable, but not required The Benefits Brisbane CBD locationAbove award hourly rateState Government contract
