Knox Private Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the hospital on a full time basis.
Knox Private Hospital  is one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria, caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbourne's east and outer east.
We have a 24/7 Emergency Department, covering a full range of medical and surgical specialty areas, including highly complex surgeries. Backed by the latest technology and expertise, we offer 15 theatres, including a hybrid theatre, diagnostic cardiology, two cardiac cath labs and capabilities for cardiothoracic surgery, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology and more.
All supported by a newly expanded coronary care unit and intensive care unit. Our expert care team of surgeons, specialist doctors, dedicated nurses and other professionals will ensure that your experience is the best it can be.
As an Administration team leader your responsibilities will include:
· Team leading the ED administration team of 15
· Drive a positive and collaborative culture within your team
· Further develop the skillset of your team members
· Debt collection and account follow up
· The ability to work on a rotating roster according to the 24 hour ED department

Selection Criteria:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong leadership skills
· Experience in a private hospital environment would be ideal

Salary and benefits
· $35-$38 per hour dependent on experience
