Administration/Customer Support Officer Office based role in Speers Point with onsite parking available About the role: In this role, you will provide valuable and productive administration and customer service support to the Coal Services Health business unit. You will be respectful towards customers and have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines to be able to accurately respond to queries and report requests.

Support with training will be provided to assist.Qualifications & experienceExperience/Specialist with Ubiquiti Hardware. Specifically across the latest additions to the Ubiquiti hardware family.Specialist knowledge of Sophos XG Firewall and End Point security with a proven track record of successful installations. Sophos Certification is essential.Specialist in Office365 and Entra for integration with both Ubiquiti and Sophos deployments.Experience with implementing SharePoint solutions across client sites.Solid networking experience, especially with home users accessing the office network.Professional attitude and clear communication.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience with rolling out O365, or supporting O365.Tasks & responsibilitiesDeploy new IT networks, with a focus on security and integration with Entra / AD.Fine-tuning of networks to ensure absolute security and integration with B2B, ensuring only essential access is deployed.Specialist knowledge of Ubiquiti hardware (Specifically the new DreamWall and XG, as well as the UI protect and UI access products).Specialist knowledge of Sophos XG firewall deployments for larger customers, with the integration of XG to XDR deployments.Must be able to take ownership of deployments.Please note:The successful candidate must be a team player, and be able to transfer knowledge to other team members, and be receptive to feedback so we can grow as a applications should be accompanied by a cover letter, with clear communication of how you meet these successful candidate will need to obtain a police clearance certificate (this cost will be covered).Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this roleExpected salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + superannuation Stay safe onlineCyber criminals are taking advantage of COVID-19.
