Your Organisation As one of the largest community services provider, this organisation seeks a temporary Customer Service / Administration assistant to join their team for 2 - 3 months. Due to unforeseen growth, they require assistance to field enquiries from clients and participants as they a national provider of Community Services across residential care, allied health and disability support, this organisation has over 1000 employees and is proud to be one of the largest not for profit organisations Australia Wide.Your Role Reporting Into The Team Leader, Your Role Will Involve Answering high volume calls Trigae phone calls and assist with queries Administration support for wider team Assisting participants / clients with general enquiries Hours are 8am - 4.30 however there is some flexibility with start and finish times Full time hours Monday - FridayYour Profile You will be highly engaging and customer focused with a natural sense of empathy and willingness to assist others. As this is an pro NDIS provider, you must have a valid Blue Card and NDIS Workers Clearance to be considered for this temporary will have experience working in the Community Services sector and enjoy making a difference with the support you give clients and participants. You will be immediately the right person, the role may be extended and their may be longer term opportunities available.THIS ROLE COMMENCES IMMEDIATELY FOR 2 - 3 MONTHS so you must be able to commence straight away!Keen to hear more?
