Our client is looking for multiple talented and customer-focused individuals to join their dynamic team in two exciting roles: Sales Support Associate As a Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting retailers who sell our client's products.
You will process customer orders, assist with logistics, handle warranties, and provide excellent service to ensure smooth operations.
Product Support Associate As a Product Support Associate, you will directly support consumers who purchase our client's products.
You'll offer technical support, answer product-related questions, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities for Both Roles: Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Solve problems efficiently and proactively.
Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
Manage tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
