Administration/Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Service & Reception Staff .
If you have strong face-to-face customer service experience, are computer savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!
Location - Eagle Farm, Brisbane, Queensland Rate - $32 + p/h + super Start date - Starting ASAP on a temporary assignment About the role Assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups for auctions Handling general paperwork and processing payments Providing excellent customer service at the front counter Booking in customers and finalising bookings using our computer system Liaising with Queensland Transport for relevant processes What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service and reception roles Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable using computers for data entry and bookings Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Must have full working rights in Australia If you thrive in a customer-facing role and are available to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you!
