Administration & Customer Service Officer
gforce is looking for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Officer to work fulltime for a leading workwear and safety retailer in Ballarat.

Purpose:
Serve as the initial point of contact for retail customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Ensure all administrative tasks, including the accurate entry of sales orders, are completed efficiently and without errors. Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and support company growth. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store, via phone, and email. Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Enter sales orders into the system, ensuring accurate data entry and completion of order. Maintain a well-organized store, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate pricing. Efficiently operate POS and EFTPOS systems. Refer potential large business opportunities to account managers. Provide feedback, participate in training sessions, and uphold company values. Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills and proven experience in customer service. Demonstrates a high level of administration skills. Exhibit excellent computer skills in software and data entry. Proficiency in using POS systems and managing inventory. Ability to upsell, think critically, and work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. How to Apply
