ABOUT THE ROLEOur Administration Coordinator is an accounts-based role responsible for auction coordination from start to finish, located in Milperra/Sydney NSW. 
As permanent, full-time role worked 8:30am - 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays, this role is overseeing front desk customer service role and relevant auction administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESData entry into the auction system and updating website for online auctionsUpdating interface daily with new information and photos for finance clientsPerforming PPSR checks on all vehicles, trailers & equipment as neededOrganising phone bidder lists, answering enquiries from customers, taking payments for goods, organising invoicing after auctionEntering sales sheets data, balancing auctions, producing ad hoc reports Following-up outstanding invoices from auctionsManaging purchase order process to capture recoverable costsPrinting out and checking the account sales for the vendors after auction, making sure the commissions are correct and applicable charges have been capturedEnsuring payment of vendors from auction sales including printing advices, cheques, and direct transfersProviding mentoring & training support to junior Administrative AssistantChecking off invoices to consignments, entering them into auction database where applicableABOUT YOUAs our successful candidate, you will have:
