This casual roving Administration role will be covering various leave across our Sydney metro homes. The successful applicant will be required to have an unrestricted driving license & car.
Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be providing a high level of customer service, roster management and administrative support to employees, residents, visitors and guests across our Sydney Metro homes. This is a multi-faceted role requiring good time management, superb communication and strong administration skills. We use a variety of different systems so IT skills here are key. You'll be responsible for:
Providing strong administrative support to the home leadership teamManaging the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employeesAssisting with occupancy of roomsCreating a welcoming home environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceProviding high quality service to families and the communityTo be successful in this role you'll need Willingness to work at homes across our Sydney metro regionUnrestricted driving licence & your own carA kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyProven Administration experience in a busy roleCert II or III in Business Administration or something similarIdeally used Humanforce for shift/roster managementAble to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – this will be testedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearanceWhat we can offer you Competitive hourly pay rateNot-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym benefitsPaid Parental leaveLong Service leave after 5 yearsAdditional week of leave for Enterprise Agreement shift workers40+ Locations across NSW and QLD if you choose to moveA values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsWe know you have many choices of employer - choose Catholic Healthcare where you can make a positive impact and be well rewarded.
