About the role The Allied Health and Ambulatory Care Departments at Stawell provide a wide range of services such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Podiatry, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and other community rehabilitation services. Grampians Health Stawell is looking for an Administration Coordinator responsible for coordinating administration services across the allied health and ambulatory care departments. A minimum of 3 days per week is required for this role however full time applicants will also be considered.  This position will oversee the administrative staff working in these services by providing day to day support, leave management, rostering, staff development and training opportunities. The Administration Coordinator will ensure efficient and effective processes are followed by administrative staff to support the needs of each service.
