Patient Administration Services is looking for an Administration Coordinator - Outpatient to join their team.
The QEII Hospital is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services and a 24-hour emergency department.
This role will coordinate and lead administrative staff ensuring resourcing, performance and capability is maintained and developed in line with business needs.

About the Role Proactive management of the Specialist Outpatient, Medical Typing, Cardiac, Allied Health, Urodynamics and Day Therapy administrative teams including rostering and recruitment to ensure all positions are backfilled.Remain agile, strategic in thinking and self-reliant, ensuring administration support meets the business needs of the facility.Ensure established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other performance measures are met for administration staff.Manage human and physical resources whilst maintaining budget integrity and ensure decisions are congruent with organisational goals.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
