These KRAs will be regularly reviewed and adapted as required.

Blossom Community Care Employment Safety Screening Requirements Blossom Community Care is committed to the safety and well-being of children, young people and adults with disabilities. We require all candidates to undergo satisfactory screening before commencement including but not limited to; holding or obtaining an NDIS Screen Check & Working with Children clearance/equivalent by State laws. Accordingly, we have rigorous employment safety screening requirements for all new employees.
All competitive applicants will be required to undergo additional employment safety screening. These involve:
Establishing identity,National Police Records check,Working with children check andVerification of claims through referee comments
