Reporting to the Program Manager, MSIR and AOD Programs, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative tasks, staff training, stakeholder engagement, and resource management.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the MSIR general enquiries line and inbox.Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and staff training, including scheduling interviews and managing IT access.Maintain MSIR databases, shared files, and document systems.Organize stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation, room bookings, and minute-taking.Oversee office supplies, coordinate deliveries, and manage donations.Administer petty cash, Myki cards, cab charges, and invoices for approval.Monitor cleaning, waste disposal, and repair services in collaboration with Facilities teams.About YouYou are a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting impactful community services. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Key Selection Criteria:Proven experience in administration or office coordination, preferably in the medical, public health, or drug and alcohol sector.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a courteous and professional approach.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Personal integrity and alignment with NRCH's values.Relevant qualifications in administration or a related field (desired).Experience working with diverse communities (desired).Closing Date: January 8, 2025For questions, please contact ******
