Your new role


This government department is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Coordinator. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director and managing the briefing process, along with various ad-hoc administrative duties.

Provide executive assistance to the Director, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and manage the briefing process, ensuring all documentation is prepared and distributed in a timely manner. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and office management. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations. Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed to support the team. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Previous experience with Basware, Oracle and Objective systems is highly regarded.
