Tier 1 constructor 10 year full cycle program - Design, Construction, Maintenance Major water infrastructure projects in the western suburbs Site located at Sydney Olympic Park The Opportunity Due to new projects and increased outputs we are seeking an Administration Coordinator to be part of the West Region Delivery Team. We are working on critical infrastructure to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for the next ten (10) years across wastewater and recycled water systems extending from Sydney's Inner West suburbs out to the Blue Mountains, including the Western Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.
Reporting to the Business Performance Manager.
Responsibilities You will provide clerical and administrative assistance to the project team including;
Monitoring project key dates, notify PM of pending deadlines. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendar logistics, and ensuring seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders. Preparation and formatting of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence. Proactively chase meeting minutes and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of tasks. Assist with the preparation of reports by collating and organizing information from various sources. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support team members across different functions. This will suit someone who has a genuine passion for site admin, an eye for detail, and wants to advance their career with a tier 1 contractor.
What will you need At least 3 years' experience in the administrative support field. Meticulous approach to administrative tasks Attention to detail, highly organised, efficient and able to multitask Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for document creation, presentation design, and data management tasks.
