Remuneration : $66,027.58 - $68,085.50 per annum + 11% Super + Salary Packaging Employment Type : Permanent Full Time Position Classification : Admin Off Lvl 3 Location : Muswellbrook Community Health Service Hours Per Week : 38 Requisition ID : REQ476736 Applications Close : Sunday, 28th April 2024 About the role: The administration coordinator role provides administrative support to the team of Hunter Valley Community Health (HVCH) as well as supporting other administration staff in their roles within HVCH. The candidate would work closely with the HVCH Health Service Manager and Quality Coordinator to ensure completion of non-clinical audits. This role requires flexibility and initiative, customer services expertise and high-level computer skills. Work within a dedicated and supportive team of nurse managers and Allied Health Department Heads. This role is directly supported by the HVCH HSM through regular meetings and ongoing catch-ups as required. All relevant training will be provided. Where you'll be working: The candidate would be working within Hunter Valley Community Health Centre which services outpatient clients and provides inreach/outreach services to inpatient and MPS facilities across Hunter Valley Sector. The role is located in Muswellbrook Community Health office which is the base for many of the HVCH Nursing and Allied Health teams.
