We supply SiSU Health Stations to organisations that wish to encourage their customers, employees and wider community to get involved in their health.
What you'll do: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations and Administration Coordinator to join the SiSU Health team.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Health Solutions and Head of Data Commercialisation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the services, sales and operations teams at SiSU and their programs.
Specifically, the successful candidate will manage the point of care, logistic coordination, supplier reporting administration, invoice and billing as well as station user issue resolution.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure that all administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently Liaising with SiSU and external stakeholders for logistics and transport of appropriate health stations to activation destinations Coordinate onsite activations with the SiSU operations team and clinical operations manager for Point of care services between SiSU staff, private contractors, and stakeholders Monitor the email inbox from health station users Liaising with the data team to review and action ongoing supplier requests Drive continuous improvement in operations by analysing data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring: Extensive customer service or administrative support experience with the ability to prioritise and meet timeframes and deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and understanding of financial requirements Driven with the ability to be self-initiating and work at pace A strong willingness to learn and adapt Extremely personable, ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Solutions focused with the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues, and explain them in a clear and simple manner Familiarity within a Health industry would be advantageous Why us?
