Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Our client is a prominent leader in the real estate industry, boasting a skilled and innovative team. Renowned for their excellence, this agency has built a loyal client base that offers ongoing support and a wealth of referrals. Our client is looking for an Administrative Coordinator who is motivated, proactive, organised, and has a genuine passion for the property market.
The Role: Manage databases and oversee general clerical tasksHandle website and software administrationCollaborate with our marketing agency on social media managementInteract with clients and suppliers while managing marketing for residential listingsWork closely with the Operations Manager to ensure daily tasks are completedOversee office reporting, inventory control, and management of office suppliesThe Person: Experience within the industry is desirable but not essential.Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.Excellent communication skills.Great presentational skillsA keen interest in Real Estate & ProgressionThe Benefits: Monday - Friday!
