As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join their operations team and contribute to the smooth running of their office.

Your new role

In this role, you will be the key support for the operations team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are managed efficiently. You'll be responsible for preparing and editing documents, handling incoming communications, maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems, and managing office supplies. Additionally, you will coordinate company events, meetings, and other logistics, liaise with external vendors, and ensure that all consumables and services are ordered and delivered on time. You will play a critical part in keeping the office running smoothly and will be involved in a wide range of operational tasks to support the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in an administrative or operations support role. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail will also be key to your success. A police check will be required for this position.
