Experience in automotive / workshop coordination would be a plus but is not essential.
This role is responsible for all aspects of business administration and workshop coordination for Black & White Cabs operations in Brisbane (Albion) and for its other locations throughout SEQ. Supporting a small team you will contribute to a safe and respectful workplace, ensuring you uphold the company "DRIVA" values and maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the manager, this role includes working with a variety of stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, Taxi operators and closely with the Black & White Cabs commercial team. Your ability to develop business processes aligned with great customer outcomes and sound commercial practices is essential for this role.

As the Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the workshop flow and all the necessary administrative and basic commercial support that is required by this site.
Overview of the role: Contribute to a safe and respectful workshop environment Assist with the scheduling and coordination of workshop activities in line with agreed plans Respond to customer service queries in a fashion that creates the utmost customer satisfaction Use MYOB accounting software to process sales invoices, parts purchases, accounts receivable and payable and inventory control Use MS Office suite to monitor and report on workshop activities and asset management Report financial outcomes to the Black & White Cabs commercial team Maintain Debtor control in line with company guidelines Ensure regulatory and company compliance standards are adhered to Position requirements: Be a self-starter and great coordinator, with experience achieving extraordinary results and customer outcomes Be results-driven and capable of working in a team to deliver on the site business plan Have great communication, verbal and written skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders within the Black & White Cabs community Be highly organised and able to perform well in a fast-moving workshop Have a sound skill base in accounts payable and receivable, basic bookkeeping, and basic financial reporting Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Suite products Have a current driver's license Benefits of working with us: Work with a strong, reputable brand Competitive salary package Ability to make this role your own, and implement new initiatives Access to EAP Free parking on-site Close proximity to Albion train station To view a copy of the Position Description, please email [email protected].
