Over this time HCA Education has established itself as a proven provider of quality industry training, specialising in the Aged Care, Disability and Health Services sectors.HCA Education has continued to grow, now delivering a range of programs across all States.About the role:Working as part of our national Education and Training team, the Education Operations Coordinator will have a focus on the wide range of administrative and operational tasks involved in the day to day running of our workforce & industry training programs conducted on the east coast Australia.Responsibilities include:Development and maintenance of the training calendar including website listings and online booking and enrolment informationManagement of training enquiries, bookings, cancellations, attendance records, refunds, certificates, student filesHiring and inducting trainers as requiredCo-ordination of trainer bookings and trainer liaisonSourcing, ordering and maintenance of training resourcesMaintaining training rooms, reception, and kitchen areas – daily room set up, set downGreeting and directing training attendeesPromoting training products and services to internal HCA staffDevelopment and maintenance of relationships with external clients to market and promote training products and services in conjunction with the Workforce and Industry Training Manager and Business Development ManagerFamiliarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures.To be considered:Proven administration and organization skills including the ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, perform tasks accurately and manage time effectivelyFlexibility and the ability to multi-taskWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsInitiative and the ability to work unsupervisedAbility to accept change and think on your feetAssociated administrative tasks i.e. scheduling, bookings, records management, data entryPrior experience or knowledge on training and education or RTO experience – especially in Healthcare, Aged care or disability subjectsAbout HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
