About the position: The Administration Coordinator – Early Years will manage the day-to-day administration and being the first point of contact for parents, students and staff for the St Peter's College Early Learning Centre. Your role will be to provide administrative support for the Head of Early Years and our community, maintain Early Years databases, support the team in the administration of first aid and manage the day-to-day operations of the reception.


This is a permanent, full-time position with flexibility.

As the successful applicant you will: Well-developed experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel and experience in using database applications. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise multifaceted tasks and respond to changing requirements of the role. Strong interpersonal skills with clear ability to be able to work effectively with a range of people including students, staff, parents and community. Be able to effectively engage and counsel students and other members of the School community.
