This is an exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Darwin Branch.We are proudly a family-owned business, with a national presence, operating for 75 years leading the commercial painting industry.
Our business offers a unique opportunity to be involved in some amazing major projects from complex multi-level high rises to beautiful, heritage listed buildings.As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Darwin branch with day-to-day tasks.
We are looking for an individual to be the 'go to' person for our sales and operational teams.This is a part-time position with 20 to 25 hours per week, with flexible start and end times depending on what suits the successful applicant.
Ideally, we would like presence in the branch 5 days per week but can be flexible.Role OverviewSetting up and maintaining new project job files and work order approvals.Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs.Lead end of month processing activities, including raising a high volume of claims and Work in Progress management.Accounts Payable – Processing of invoices for creditors and sub-contractors.Review and pre-processing of timesheets.Support the Sales and Operations teams as needed.Day-to-day running of the office.Your Skills and ExperienceEnd of month processing experience is highly desirable.Experience working with a medium/large ERP system.Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.Intermediate MS Excel skills.Highly developed time management, problem solving & organisational skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and within a team environment.Delivery of exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.The benefits of joining usFlexible working arrangements available.Ongoing training opportunities through the Higgins Training Academy.Access to a reward and discounts platform on hundreds of retailers and more.BUPA Healthcare benefits and discounts.Car salary packaging options with Remunerator.Referral program incentives.Access to an Employee Assistance Program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
