We are looking for Administration Coordinator with excellent administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a caring and empathetic personality to make difference in life for our residents. This position is for 3 months contract with possible view of extension.
Heritage Kingswood is perched at the foothills of the glorious and famously known Blue Mountains. Heritage Kingswood provides 77-beds that consist of single and shared rooms with private and shared bathrooms. This opportunity is for 3 months contract with possible view of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations.
How you will make an Impact Reporting to the Residence Manager this critical role needs an individual with a caring nature who gets satisfaction by supporting a busy and passionate team.
While no two days are the same, this critical role has some key responsibilities.
Ensuring the rostering of staff are completed a fortnight in advance in time and attendance system (Human Force)Working with the People & Culture team to onboard new staff and offboard staff i.e. documentation and processes are completedResponding to staff enquiries and feedback in a prompt, efficient, empathetic and supportive manner including pay queries via our Pay Queries Ticketing SystemEnsuring all Regulatory Compliance registers (i.e. NDIS Checks, visa checks, AHPRA registrations, statutory declarations, vaccination register, appraisal register) are maintained, monitored, and updated accordingly, including student registers.Monitoring and organising of Mandatory Training including updating Training MatrixManaging and maintaining of Staff Files including staff, contractors, volunteers, and studentsMaintaining a friendly, helpful manner with consumers, visitors and other staff.Proactively trying to resolve concerns, complaints or suggestions of consumers and family/visitors.Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by the Residence ManagerAbout You Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a Health or Aged Care environmentDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment to effectively plan and organise service delivery requirements.NDIS Workers Screening CheckCurrent Covid-19 Vaccinations (highly recommended)Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines.Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external.Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.About Us Heritage Care is a leading residential aged care provider with 11 aged care home and 1077 beds across Victoria and New South Wales.
