About the Role Supervise and manage the Patient Services administration relief pool by preparing rosters, reviewing relief arrangements, and maintaining training and development of the relief pool ensuring compliance with all Metro South Health mandatory requirements.
Supervise and manage the Patient Administration Services team throughout the facility after hours, reviewing workload and ensuring KPIs are met across the service.
Coordinate the after-hours activities and relevant resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility support services within the Administration Services team.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for Patient Administration Services in accordance with the Metro South Health guidelines.
