Supplying residential customers, cafes & restaurants across Melbourne. iPantry is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, & bubbly Administration Consultant to join our team based in Sunshine West. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Administration Consultant will be responsible for a mix of customer service & administrative tasks as directed by the business. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide administration support to the management & customer care teamCreate and process driver routes and schedulesMaintain vehicle logs and maintenance recordsProblem-solve any issues in relation to deliveries, pricing & products & proactively contacting customers for any issues identifiedProcess manual orders & assist with customer service enquiries where applicable via email, chat, & phoneMaintain strong & professional relationships & a high level of customer service Follow up of data for all new suppliers & products for setup in relevant systemsCreation of all new products in relevant internal systems & CRM systemsMaintain product maintenance & upload new products to Shopify Prepare & produce documents, reports & correspondence where requiredSupport other functions where applicable within other lines of business 02nd May, 2024 iPantry (www.ipantry.com.au) delivers wholesome food, delicious meals & essential groceries to your door.  The ideal candidate will have the below skills & attributes:
Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated & proactiveHave excellent attention to detail & commitment to high quality outcomesHave strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask & meet set deadlinesClear & concise communicator, both written & verbal. Ability to edit & review reports & other documents to a professional standardTech Savvy and high level proficiency with MS Office Programs particularly Excel & Outlook, & ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Excel pivot tables & VLOOKUP is advantageousBenefits
