Reporting directly to our Head of Marine Sciences, this role will suit someone who loves a challenge, and relishes in the opportunity to complete multiple priorities at once.Your day to day:Provide administrative support including telephone enquiries, email management, diary management, travel bookings, filing, stationery orders, and all general secretarial duties as required.Provide administrative support and liaison for Sea World Foundation initiatives and fundraising.Minute taking of Marine Science & SWF meetings.Manage and process invoices/purchase orders/petty cash/Capex requests/reconcile corporate credit cards for the Marine Sciences Division and SWF.Maintain spreadsheets of payments, responding to all enquiries regarding funding for SWF.Maintain all animal related government permits, renewals, returns for animal exhibit collections and rescue animals.Liaise with government personnel regarding animal issues as required.Central contact point for animal rescue situations.Coordinate visits between Sea World and industry parties or members of the public as required.What you'll bring:Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint & Visio are essential).SAP experience highly desirable.Typing skills of 60-70 words per minute.Experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication.Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.Advertised: 14 Jan 2025 E.
