Role Overview: If you are caring and loyal and want to work alongside a great team, we are the company for you. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop further skills in office administration and bookkeeping while gaining valuable insights into how medical practices operate. We will provide training for tasks that are new to you but you must have had prior office experience. You will work closely with the company finance and practice team and with a variety of practices, providing support and contributing to their success.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to our wonderful doctors Assist with daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow for our company and our clients Collaborate with a range of medical practices, across Australia gaining exposure to different environments Learning to understand and adapt to the specific needs of medical practices Working as a reliable team member who is loyal and dependable Connecting well with our other department managers and coordinators What We Offer: Full training and support to help you excel in the role A chance to understand the workings of medical practices and add this to your skillset Flexibility and variety in your day-to-day tasks Great work life balance An energetic and fun team environment Lots of social activities with the team A lovely office environment surrounded by cafes and great lunch places Who We're Looking For: Some prior experience with payroll, bookkeeping and accounting software Previous office experience for a minimum of 2 years - any industry considered A keen interest and enthusiasm to develop new skills Strong organisational and communication skills – verbally and written A passion for supporting and contributing to the success of our doctors Someone who loves improving systems Someone who is positive, likes people and has a sense of humour Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
