We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Administration & Client Service Officer with interest in getting to know the Accounts & Finance function of a business a little better. Our client is a leading IT company servicing Corporate and Government organisations. The Invoicing and Billing Administrator position will play a critical role in overseeing end-to-end billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate documentation, invoice generation, and proactive communication with sales, operations, vendors, and customers. The role is an important part of the business, which requires strong ownership and understanding of how the duties impact the business. It offers a unique opportunity to combine your finance expertise with your passion for technology! To excel in this role, it is important for you to understand the scope, delivery mechanisms, and processes within the supply chain. About The Role Perform the end to end billing and invoicing generation process in MYOB. Quality and business control point to ensure accuracy of all Sales order documentation. Liaise with sales, operations, vendors and customers in relation to orders. Ensure invoices are accurately generated and distributed. Liaise with clients to ensure timely receipt of funds and promote first-class customer service in resolving issues. Manage and administer the returns, credit note process, and reconciliation of vendor and customer payments as required. Complete daily bank reconciliations and conduct credit checks. Preparation of daily and weekly sales and financial reporting.

About You Billing and invoicing previous experience. Exceptional attention to detail. Resourceful proactive attitude and ability to take initiative. Strong numerical and literacy abilities. Computer proficiency and administrative/clerical skills. Prior experience with MYOB and EXCEL software is crucial. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
