MJM Recruit has partnered with a supportive and well-established Importer and Distributor of non-ferrous metals well located in the South-Eastern suburbs.We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Clerk to assist with the day-to-day operations in Accounts & Administration. This role has very secure, part-time hours Wednesday to Friday 8am – 4pm and is in a convenient location with on-site parking.Reporting to the Director, this is a great opportunity for a part-time, permanent and secure role with a supportive employer, family business, and industry leader.What's in it for you?$60,000 – $65,000 per year (Pro-Rata)Part-time, permanent and secure roleWednesday to Friday 8am – 4pm (Occasional extra days during busy periods)Close to home in a convenient locationExcellent and supportive work cultureOnsite parkingImmediate startWhat do you do?Coordinating all Bank ProcessesResponsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableProcessing Stock Inventory informationWhat do you need?Strong math and accounting abilitiesExperience in Accounts Payable and ReceivableExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Motivated with a great eye for detailAble to work with minimal supervisionFlexibility to work occasional extra days during busy periods/holidaysIf this sounds like you, please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
