The key responsibilities of the role will involve, but are not limited to: Raising Purchase OrdersExpediting Supplier & Customer Purchase OrdersBranch Email Inbox delegationFacilitate and co-ordinate purchasing with the sales team.Providing general administration support to the Sales Team & Warehouse.To succeed in this role, you will have: Administration experience (preferred but not essential)Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook – EssentialA high level of professionalism, supported by strong communication and organisation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.Proven ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.Ability to work independently & as well as part of a wider team.Above all, passion to be the best and continually raise the standard!About Us: NAPA Auto Partsis Australia and New Zealand's largest and newest name in automotive aftermarket parts.
