Our Installation Department is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised Administrator to join our team.The RoleAs an Administrator, you'll work closely with the Installation team to deliver its set targets and objectives while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.To be competent in the role, it's expected that you'll have the following capabilities:Managing customer enquiries and bookings via phone and emailBuilding and managing relationships with customers and contractorsReporting and producing run sheetsData entry, uploading paperwork, and maintaining information in the systemOther general administrative duties as requiredAbout YouPersonally, you'll be a confident communicator who builds rapport easily. Your technical capabilities will also see you effectively manage relationships and deliverables in a professional and timely manner.
