About the opportunity Our friendly Townsville admin team is looking for a new member! This Administration Clerk role is a key support to the operations team at StarTrack Townsville. You'll be supporting internal and external stakeholders for multiple areas of the business including operations, management and customers. Whether you're assisting the team tracking freight, obtaining delivery information from drivers or coordinating the movement of freight, every day you'll use your superior organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
This is a full time permanent opportunity working 8am - 4.36pm week days with paid overtime on occasion.
About you You have high level written and verbal communication skills and can adapt your style accordinglyEnjoy working safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors and customersYou have a confidence using the MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook and pick up new in house programs with ease (training provided of course!)Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and outside the box thinkingThe ability to work as part of a cohesive friendly and motivated team who support each otherWhat do we offer you?
