Amazing opportunity - 12 month maternity position

A 12-month maternity leave position has become available for an exceptional administration clerk to join our Fleet administration team.
You will be a detail-orientated professional who is focused on delivering results in a timely manner, working within a friendly and supportive team and company.
If you are a self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include

Complete all general administration duties including but not limited to: Invoicing, warranty claims and reconciliations All on-site administrative duties for the business Management of our customer and contractor management systems Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports for management Provide assistance with the completion and distribution of rosters and timesheets Onsite Health and Safety administration

Do you possess the following qualities?

Retail industry experience in automotive or related industry and/or a high level of business administration experience Team orientated approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organised with strong interpersonal skills Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook Attention to detail with a professional presentation
