If you are looking for a new challenge, have a friendly disposition, and possess strong admin and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.What we are looking for:Strong administration experienceExcellent personal presentation skills and a professional attitudeStrong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAble to multitask and effectively prioritise workload to complete tasks and deadlines within time constraintsHigh level of computer skills and proficient in Microsoft ExcelBe a team playerKnowledge of ERA (Pentana) will be desirableDaily duties will include, but not be limited to:Banking and Bank Statement ReconciliationManufacturer Statement entry and reconciliationGeneral Ledger reconciliationsDeal CostingManaging vehicle and floorplan payoutsGeneral Administration supportPrevious automotive experience will be highly regarded, although not essential.
