Administration Clerk - Immigration Paralegal

We are a Brisbane based registered migration agency servicing the immigration needs of clients looking to migrate to Australia.
Arc Visa & Migration acts on behalf of its clients to resolve their immigration and visa matters with the Department of Home Affairs, the AAT and other departments.
Our clients come from a wide range of cultures and languages, and we assist them by providing advice on immigration and visa issues including Visa options, assistance with preparation of document and Visa applications.
Qualifications & experience Having university education and office clerical and administration experience will greatly help you in performing your tasks.
Previous experience in administration or as a paralegal will be an advantage.
Having a proficient command of English is essential.Tasks & responsibilities You will be working in a small legal office doing visa and migration services.
Your day to day tasks may include the routine office responsibilities, data entry, receiving and checking of clients documents, preparing documents, filling forms, communicating with clients and organisations by phone or email.
