Part Time Role - 25 hours per week Flexible work hours  Administration role with an accounts focus Dynamic company with avenues for growth Bachrach Naumburger Group is seeking an Administration Assistant to work for our Park Beach Plaza Head Office handling predominantly finance and administrative tasks in a pat time role.
ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an admin extraordinaire with a keen eye for detail and experience in the area of administration and preferably accounts.
The role works within our Centre Management office team with the successful applicant versatile enough to assist colleagues where the need arises.
Initiative and a keen willingness to contribute what is required as a key part of our Centre Management Team is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES You will work with the team to assist in the areas of  office admin, general accounts functions and casual leasing.
Essential criteria: Admin and office skills including Outlook, Word, and Data Entry Accounts experience Friendly, flexible and team oriented Current Police Check  ABOUT US The Bachrach Naumburger Group is a privately owned property group that owns and manages a number of commercial properties including Park Beach Plaza, The Shoreline, Homebase, Jetty Village, Orana Mall in Dubbo and a number of quality office and retail premises in Queensland.
ABOUT YOU Quick learner with a high level of initiative Accurate in data entry Ability to problem solve Good communication skills, both spoken and written A hands-on approach and ability to interact with a diverse range of people This position is Part Time for approximately 25 hours per week (hours are mostly flexible to suit applicant), working across the roles of office admin and accounts payable..
The successful applicant will thrive off efficiency and accuracy and maintain flexibility to work where the needs of the business arise on a day to day basis.
