Administration Associate

Creator's Friend is an Australian notebook brand and home to the iconic Hobby Notes range and Fast Brain planner system. We are opening a brand new flagship studio in Townsville in 2024 and recruiting for a variety of positions to start immediately. The studio will service our global eCommerce customer base and be open to the public to experience the Creator's Friend brand, products, and values. This includes a welcoming workshop/retail space where we foster the joy of hobbies.
We are seeking a bunch of new team members and offering flexible positions to suit the skill set you bring to the table. Candidates can also negotiate their role to fit with a casual, part-time, or full-time employment structure.
We need people who are great with numbers and keeping us organised. Tasks involved in administration roles can include:
Calendar Management Policy and administration management Support email triage and response Opening and closing the retail studio Payroll and timesheets The right person will be meticulous and systemised. They should have a solid understanding of payroll and accounts reconciliation and be comfortable navigating customer support enquiries.
